Izalina, the visionary behind Interiors by Izalina, is a distinguished interior designer with a rich European heritage that seamlessly blends French and Portuguese influences. Her educational journey began at l'École Nationale de Commerce (ENC) in Paris. Upon moving to the US, she furthered her expertise by earning an Interior Decorator Certificate from Penn State and a Degree in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design where she cultivated a deep appreciation for the arts and design.

With a background in prestigious firms such as Pottery Barn and RH (Restoration Hardware), Izalina has honed her skills in providing elevated residential design and exceptional customer service throughout the San Francisco Peninsula. Her career is distinguished by her ability to infuse luxurious and sophisticated elements into her designs, reflecting a keen understanding of both aesthetics and functionality.

An avid traveler, Izalina draws inspiration from diverse cultures and global design trends, which she encounters during her journeys. Her fluency in multiple languages—French, Spanish, Portuguese, English, and some German—enables her to connect with a wide range of clients and uncover unique artistic influences. This linguistic versatility complements her deep knowledge of materials and design principles, allowing her to offer personalized and culturally enriched design solutions.
